what is the difference between a boot camp and a class?
A boot camp is intended for beginners to learn a new fiber art and takes place over a period of 4 weeks. A class is a one-night event that may teach a new technique or present a new project.
I just signed up for a class or boot camp. what is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes instructional time, practice time with opportunity to consult the instructor, and all the supplies required to complete your project(s).
I signed up for a class and now i can't make it. Can i cancel my registration?
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept cancellations, because I use registrations to determine the amount of supplies I need to order. If you cannot make it, feel free to try to find a friend to take your place, or contact me and I will arrange for you to receive your project kit (you will just miss out on the instructional component).
what is included in a project kit?
Project kits include all the materials required to complete the selected project, except for those supplies that would be expected to be readily available in most homes (e.g. scissors, a ruler or measuring tape). If you purchased your kit as part of a class, these common household items will be available for you to use on site.
how is my order shipped?
All shipping is done via Canada Post.
This isn't what i expected or i've changed my mind. Can i return my order?
Unfortunately, due to the unique nature and limited availability of my products, I am unable to accept returns at this time. If your order was damaged or is otherwise flawed, please contact me and we will find a solution.
