Boot camps

Boot camps are designed for beginners who are looking to learn the basics of a new craft. Participants will have the opportunity to master basic techniques and create projects they can be proud to wear or display.

four weeks of instruction

When you enrol in a boot camp, you will participate in a two-hour class each week for four weeks. Each week we will build on the skills learned in previous weeks. There will be group instructional time, but also time to practice what you have learned and the opportunity to get one-on-one advice from the instructor if you are struggling.

completed projects

By the end of the boot camp, you will have completed AT LEAST one project in your chosen fiber art. These projects will give you an opportunity to apply the techniques you are learning and showcase your new skills.

small class sizes

Boot camps are limited to 5 participants in order to ensure I have enough time to adequately address every student’s learning needs. By limiting the class size, I can devote more time to individual coaching while students are practicing their new skills.
